Alalahanin mo, O lubhang mahabaging Birhen Maria, na kailanman ay hindi narinig na may sinumang dumulog sa iyong pagkakandili, humingi ng iyong tulong, o nagsumamo ng iyong pamamagitan, na iyong pinabayaan.
Dala ng pagtitiwalang ito, ako'y lumalapit sa iyo, O Birhen ng mga birhen, aking Ina;
sa iyo ako'y pumupunta, sa harap mo ako'y nakatayo, makasalanan at nagdadalamhati.
O Ina ng Verbo, huwag mong hamakin ang aking mga pakiusap, bagkus sa iyong awa ay pakinggan at dinggin mo ako. Amen.
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother;
to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
Memoráre, o piíssima Virgo María, a saéculo non esse audítum, quemquam ad tua recurréntem praesídia, tua implorántem auxília, tua peténtem suffrágia, esse derelíctum.
Ego tali animátus confidéntia, ad te, Virgo Vírginum, Mater, curro, ad te vénio, coram te gemens peccátor assísto.
Noli, Mater Verbi, verba mea desprícere; sed audi propítia et exáudi. Amen.
Acordaos, ¡oh piadosísima Virgen María!, que jamás se ha oído decir que ninguno de los que han acudido a vuestra protección, implorando vuestra asistencia y reclamando vuestro socorro, haya sido desamparado de Vos.
Animado por esta confianza, a Vos acudo, ¡oh Madre, Virgen de las vírgenes!, y gimiendo bajo el peso de mis pecados, me atrevo a comparecer ante Vos.
¡Oh Madre de Dios!, no desechéis mis súplicas, antes bien, escuchadlas y acogedlas benignamente. Amén.
